The terms and conditions of this contract are completely separate from the terms and conditions of any vehicle service contract (VSC). Administrator: National Administrative Dealer Service (NADS) 1661 Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80214
REIMBURSEMENT GUARANTEE: The dealer providing this contract agrees to reimburse the named customer only, the Service Contract Selling Price, not to exceed $4,000.00, in the event the customer complies with the following reimbursement conditions:

- The only person who may obtain the reimbursement guarantee is the ORIGINAL CUSTOMER. The original customer must be the current registered owner of the vehicle at the time a reimbursement guarantee claim is made. If the owner sells, trades, or returns their vehicle prior to the expiration date of the Service Contract the reimbursement guarantee will be null and void and no reimbursement will be made.
- The VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, as stated above, must provide written confirmation that NO CLAIMS have been paid up to the EXPIRATION DATE (miles excluded) of the vehicle service contract. If no claims have been paid you qualify for the reimbursement subject to all other conditions. Customer understands and acknowledges that North American Dealer Co-op (N.A.D.C.) and Administrator do not guarantee the performance of any extended vehicle service contract warranty company or administrator. If the extended vehicle service contract warranty company or administrator goes out of business, neither N.A.D.C., Administrator, nor Issuing Dealer shall be responsible to pay or administer any claims submitted under the extended warranty service contract. N.A.D.C. and Administrator also reserve the right to deny any extended vehicle service contract reimbursement claim if they are unable to confirm that no claims have been paid under the extended vehicle service contract.
- A copy of the current vehicle registration, a copy of proof of insurance, a copy of the sales contract, and a copy of the original vehicle service contract issued to the customer must be submitted with the claim for reimbursement to the address below. Failure to provide any of this documentation will result in your claim being denied.
- The claims for reimbursement (Maximum $4,000.00) together with all the required documents in #2 and #3 must be received by N.A.D.S. no later than sixty (60) days after the EXPIRATION DATE. Any claims received more than sixty (60) days after the EXPIRATION DATE will be denied.
- Upon receipt of this information the Issuing Dealer, or the Administrator, will have forty-five (45) days to verify the information and make payment. The customer hereby authorizes the Issuing Dealer, or their Administrator, to contact any party necessary to verify the information the customer is required to submit.
- NO reimbursement guarantee claim may be filed before the EXPIRATION DATE set forth on the vehicle service contract, even if the vehicle service contract has otherwise expired by reason of the amount of miles driven.
- N.A.D.S. is just the administrator for this program. Therefore, any dispute regarding a reimbursement claim shall be exclusively between the customer and the Issuing Dealer.

Performance to you under this contract is guaranteed by a California approved insurance company. You may file a claim with this insurance company if any promise made in the contract has been denied or has not been honored within 60 days the proof of loss was filed. The name and address of the insurance company is: Western Insurance Company, P.O. Box 21030, Reno, NV 89515. If you are not satisfied with the insurance company's response, you may contact the California Department of Insurance at 1-800-927-4357.
